We’ve developed a business process management application that enhanced the approval process for signage and brand items.

Initial goal:

to create an application that will help to manage and approve thousands of signage and branding items for FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.

The client already had an ERP system that held the production and delivery process, but required a solution to improve communication with customers (FIFA and others). It was crucial to ensure consistency and accuracy of the approval process to be sure that the right items will be delivered and installed at the right place for the FIFA World Cup.

Started with business analysis, existing IT infrastructure research, then defined initial project structure and started development process using agile methodology, being in constant contact with the client to assure the result meets expectations and business requirements.

1year was spent on developing core application versions

and we are currently in the active development process as it proved the effectiveness and The Look Company decided to use it as a global platform for most of the group projects.

As a result, up to 100.000 items have been delivered and installed in time, cost-effective and accurate.

This case proved our ability to deeply understand customer’s business needs and internal workflows, create non-standard solutions and overcome existing limitations.
